Really good Hospitality and Amenities
beautiful grounds daily wildlife great pools national park transportation
I found the hotel grounds beautiful with a lot of wildlife around. I saw monkeys and birds daily without leaving the hotel. The pools were great for relaxation. Staff helped me book tours, including transportation to the national park.
The minibar in my room was empty, though it had a price list for the beverages.

The hotel has multiple pools that are well kept and offer options for both adults and children. There are walking trails with opportunities to view local wildlife such as monkeys, sloths, and various bird species throughout the hotel.

The breakfast included many choices with delicious options. The restaurant offered a diverse menu, with good food. There is a bar by the pool, allowing guests to enjoy drinks while swimming.

spacious room clean room good breakfast pool closure denied checkout massage cancellation
The rooms were really spacious and the housekeeping service kept it quite clean. There are several pools available including some for adults only. The included breakfast has a buffet style and tasted very good.
The main pool was closed for two of the four days I stayed. It was disappointing. I requested a one-hour late checkout to accommodate a massage, but it was denied! I had to cancel the massage, a loss for both sides.

The hotel had very nice views. I could see the ocean right from my room. i often saw wildlife on the premises. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions.
the prices in the restaurant were a little high.
