The hotel had a pleasant ambience. The overall vibe was calm.
I stayed in a ground floor standard room and it was overpriced. It was small and the balcony was really just a small terrace overlooking the wall of the building next door.

superb service nice selection excellent meals
The staff delivered superb service, exceeding expectations. The breakfast offered a very nice selection, including eggs cooked to order (a highlight for me!). The pool area and spa provided great relaxation, and the hotel restaurant served excellent meals. I especially enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes.
The doors of the toilets and shower are pretty see-through. This is not ideal if you are traveling with friends.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was amazing. I especially liked the variety of fresh fruit. the pool area was clean and well-kept. I noticed the staff regularly checked the water quality.

The restaurant impressed me. The staff was kind, and breakfast offered many fresh options. The pool looked very clean. It also provided a relaxing cool down in the afternoon.
The toilet had just a brown glass door, not fully sealing it. My booked balcony didn't look at the city. I found a shaded courtyard facing a wall instead.

The breakfast buffet had amazing options. I could also order eggs and crepes, it was nice. The staff were unbelievably kind and helpful, I really appreciated it.
The room was dark, it bothered me a bit. I found that there was a serious lack of information available, the hotel should improve this.
