a tender seaside stay
friendly staff complimentary water tidy space
i had a lovely four-night stay the reception staff were warm and helpful the bar staff were friendly i got a complimentary glass water bottle to refill with fresh water in the reception area also there was a free safe in my room it added a sense of security i appreciated. i liked how well the rooms were maintained daily room service was very thorough and efficient ensuring a consistently tidy and refreshed space it. the location was fantastic as it was near the beach the white sand and clear blue sea offered a tranquil retreat it was wonderful
i noticed there was not a clear distinction between areas for adults and children around the pool it felt chaotic at times i think designated spaces for both could improve the experience for all guests adults and kids

the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful they provided useful information about local attractions and transportation options the bar staff were also friendly creating a warm atmosphere to enjoy their drinks. i appreciated their attentive service

the hotel is in a quiet area a short walk from the town center a nearby beach offered clear blue sea the town provided a pleasant escape with various shops and cozy restaurants to discover. i could explore the surroundings easily

the rooms were clean and well-kept with ample wardrobe space the free safe offered added security a complimentary glass water bottle was available for refilling with fresh water in the reception area it was very useful to avoid buying plastic bottles

the pool was available though it seemed a bit quiet for my preference the nearby beach provided a lovely alternative i enjoyed the spanish dancers at the evening entertainment. the hotel also offered a beach decking for sunbathing and swimming

A mixed bag of experiences
slow check-in loud music
The dining room looked quite clean. Everything seemed very proper.
Check-in dragged on. It was like a detailed interrogation. My room key stopped working fifteen minutes past the 11:00 AM check-out time. It wasn't even peak season. Loud music played until 11 PM. It wasn't ideal, as I wanted to sleep early.

varied selection rooftop area pool area clear separation
The breakfast was quite good, with a varied selection of food items. The hotel has a rooftop area with a great view of the sea and island!
I noticed some issues with the pool area, it felt chaotic at times. There was no clear separation between areas for adults and children.
