The gym had three treadmills. It also included two stationary bikes. Our room had two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was also present.

dated room grubby room
the breakfast was adequate and offered a wide selection of foods.
the room i booked was not up to the expected standard.. it was terribly dated and grubby. the bathroom was like a one-star facility, with water barely trickling out of the old shower fitting and water soaking the floor.

nice pool comfortable bed friendly lady
the main pool had nice size and offered beautiful views of the bay. beds provided good comfort. the check in process was friendly. the front desk lady was polite.
there were no shower facilities available on the beach near by. this was inconvenient after swimming in the sea.

the manager was helpful. he tried to do the best. the staff delivers anti sickness medication. this occurred after my husband got food poisoning at another restaurant.

excellent views and excellent service
wonderful views perfect pool
the location offered wonderful views. the room was quite comfortable and the pool is perfect for swimming. i enjoyed the free wi-fi throughout the hotel and appreciated the lift, which assisted with navigating the hillside location.
The absence of a welcome letter was a minor inconvenience. I did not receive it until the day before i left. it detailed information about the free water in the fridge, the safe, and how to request clean towels.

fantastic stay with some minor hiccups
lovely views large pool helpful staff
The views from the room were lovely. i especially enjoyed seeing the sea and mountains of kefalonia. the pool was large and always had available loungers (i never had to reserve one!). the staff was helpful and responsive to all my needs. They were generally cute.
i found that the hotel is beginning to show its age and could use some investment. the rooms felt dated, and the shower facilities were not up to par. i think a refresh would greatly improve the guest experience.

the hotel has a fine pool area with ample sunbeds. the pool is large, clean, and offers great views. the lifts and stairs provide access around the site, though the layout is on a slope.

serene escape
warm welcome relaxing atmosphere lovely view
we were here a four nights with my love to celebrate us. dimitris and the staff. the hotel felt so peaceful, like a dream. the views from up there, like, just very nice with the sea so blue and the mountains standing tall.
the air conditioning didn't blow much cool air. i told someone at reception to fix this, she say we must have not close the window. we woke up sweating some days, even with balcony door open.

the breakfast had yoghurt, cheese, juices, and coffee. fried eggs were cold. the hotel did not make an effort to clean droppings from the banisters near the dining tables.
