okay experience
great atmosphere amazing drinks no elevator no airconditioning
i and my husband visited the hotel. the lobby has a great atmosphere. the barman ton prepared amazing drinks and he was friendly and cheerful.
i booked the 3rd floor, there wasnt no elevator in the garden view. i got placed on the bottom floor and this did not have airconditioning. after i complained, i was moved to a sea room view.

varied choices multiple pools attentive service
The breakfast offered varied choices of cooked and fresh food. Three pools, a playroom, and a tree house with swings kept the kids entertained. Jack provided excellent service. He readily addressed all my needs.
The gym lacked updated equipment.

good location acceptable pools old towels room cleanliness
The location was good for accessing the beach road. The pools were also acceptable.
I was disappointed by the lack of maintenance I noticed. The towels felt old and worn the room was not clean. I expected higher standards of cleanliness for the price I paid.

a reasonably good location
easy access perfect location morning coffee bathroom overhaul missing parts welcome drink
the hotel offered easy access to shops , bars , and the beach , which was really convenient. i enjoyed having two starbucks locations very close by . the location was also perfect for walking to different places.
the bathroom needed an overhaul , with a high step up into the bath. the shower arm was missing parts , , made showering less enjoyable. i didn't receive the welcome drink i paid for .
