i found the hotel staff very helpful, especially teddy at the concierge. he spoke english WELL and helped me with directions. the air conditioning in my room worked Great and kept everything cool.

the kids club is amazing. ray is really good and very friendly. he takes such good care of my kids. there is a lot of toys and space for them to play. i look forward to seeing the great service again.

pillows were not very comfortable. we would have loved softer pillows. we were not able to change them.

the location is great, especially for beach access. it is close to shops and restaurants. this hotel is on beach road. this is very convenient, and we could easily walk to several attractions.

there are three clean swimming pools here. the hotel has a large kids club with many activities, including ice hockey. the rooftop bar provides excellent views. this place has pools for everyone. we loved it.

the staff, including indy, natty, yoko, and money from the executive lounge, gave super nice service. hackey is funny. teddy is kind, and peter is a gracious host.
