convenient location public transport river view
the location is great. it is very close to public transport (tram and metro). i had a river view from my room. the staff at the reception were excellent (they were very helpful!).

the staff was very nice i appreciate their helpfulness. the breakfast offered a reasonable price and good options. i found the location excellent with close proximity to transport. the hotel overall was very clean.
the room given was quite small i believe it lacked space for luggage. the bathroom fan was loud it made using the light unpleasant.

The location was very convenient. Trams and buses were nearby, allowing easy exploration. the staff were indeed friendly. Their cute nature enhanced my stay. the rooms looked as promised. I saw stylish, comfortable, and spacious rooms that felt just right.
the breakfast seemed simple, lacking some finer details.

The staff was kind and helpful. It. My room and bathroom were clean, always a huge plus for me. Breakfast was excellent. The variety of choices, including vegetarian options and delicious cakes, really set me up for a great day!

perfect temperature soundproof room functional design convenient luggage
the temperature in the room was perfect. i appreciated the soundproofing, it made a big difference. the room design was also to my taste and quite functional, which i value. we also left our luggage before check-in, it was helpful and convenient.
the sky bar had a private function. that limited my access to it, a slight disappointment

smelly bathroom and basic breakfast
loud fan dark spots
The bathroom in my room had a really bad smell, i think it came from the drain, and it made it almost impossible to use. the fan was super loud too, and i had to turn the light off just to get it to stop. breakfast wasn't great either. It was super basic and other hotels offer better options. the dark spots on the soap dispenser was very concerning. I didnt use it after that.

little pressure noisy fan
the hotel location is convenient for tram access. this made getting around easy.
the room itself was small. i also found the shower had little pressure. the bathroom fan was noisy and seemed broken. i told them, but nothing changed, and i could hear it through the wall from other rooms.
