The staff was kind and helpful. It. My room and bathroom were clean, always a huge plus for me. Breakfast was excellent. The variety of choices, including vegetarian options and delicious cakes, really set me up for a great day!

the temperature in the room was perfect. i appreciated the soundproofing, it made a big difference. the room design was also to my taste and quite functional, which i value. we also left our luggage before check-in, it was helpful and convenient.
the sky bar had a private function. that limited my access to it, a slight disappointment

The bathroom in my room had a really bad smell, i think it came from the drain, and it made it almost impossible to use. the fan was super loud too, and i had to turn the light off just to get it to stop. breakfast wasn't great either. It was super basic and other hotels offer better options. the dark spots on the soap dispenser was very concerning. I didnt use it after that.

the hotel location is convenient for tram access. this made getting around easy.
the room itself was small. i also found the shower had little pressure. the bathroom fan was noisy and seemed broken. i told them, but nothing changed, and i could hear it through the wall from other rooms.
