The hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea all day. A shoe shine machine was available for guest use (how thoughtful!). My room was cleaned daily and my clothes were neatly folded. The location was walkable, but close to main roads.

I did notice a slight delay when requesting extra towels.

I found the hotel really cosy, and i loved how warm the rooms were. We never needed to turn on the air conditioning! the cleanliness was definitely good. The staff were always eager to help with anything. breakfast offered lots of choices, and the staff kept the buffet filled all the time. plus, free coffee and tea all day long in the lounge with an honesty bar concept is so cool!

I appreciated the location. It was close to the metro and many bus lines. The breakfast had great variety, and I loved the fresh fruit.

The room I had was quite small. There was also a lot of noise early in the morning from the kitchen. It made sleeping in difficult.
