fantastic stay!
easy arrivalefficient hotelrude staff
i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station it made arrival so easy. the cleanliness and efficiency of the hotel really stood out everything felt very well-kept and organized.
a staff member was rude when we left it really soured the experience the lack of courtesy left a lasting negative impression after an otherwise positive stay.

the family room was spacious for my needs the room was well isolated this helped to ensure a quiet and restful stay the rooms are functional and clean.

The breakfast was not good value for the money , i expected more than just bread , ham , cheese , and cereals. the room also lacked basic amenities . It did not include a fridge or a kettle. i have not encountered this before in similar establishments.
