a stay with some issues

poor servicebilling issue

The elevator was often out of service. I was lucky my room wasn't too high. i also found the customer service quite poor when i needed assistance with a billing issue. they seemed uninterested in resolving it and offered no real solutions. it reminded me of they just wanted to avoid the problem.

i found the staff friendly and helpful, especially during check in. the hotel is near the u bahn station. this made city navigation very easy, it was a great convenience.

the room lacked some privacy when the housekeeping knocked and entered quickly despite the 'do not disturb' sign.
