a very good experience
central locationhelpful staff
The location proved central, awesome for easy exploration! the room offered ample space and the bed was bigger than expected. i found the pastries delivered in a bag each morning a particularly nice touch. Plus, the complimentary juice and coffee machine downstairs were beneficial. the staff was very helpful. I appreciated their assistance arranging for a mechanic after our car broke down.
water wasn't available in the rooms themselves! filling a bottle was necessary at the reception, but it was only tap water.

I appreciated the central location near the market square. It was nice to find a complimentary bag with pastries and water outside my door each morning. They had free coffee and tea in the lobby and I found this very useful.
The room was smaller than I expected based on the pictures online. There was no bottled water in the room itself. I had to get tap water from reception.

The location was excellent in the city center. My room was generously sized. The room had lots of light and the room was very clean (i always appreciate that). Pastries were left at my door every morning, a nice surprise.
The rooms are very small. They do not look like the pictures online. There was no water to drink in the rooms.
