beautiful buildingindifferent welcomedifficult parking
the hotel boasts a beautiful building and atmosphere. the service was acceptable.
The parking was a nightmare. finding it involved navigating through an area with people aimlessly hanging around. this was not comfortable. furthermore the experience wasn't improved by the indifferent welcome at reception. No warmth there.

poor bathroom designuncomfortable pillows
the bathroom design was poor. there was no storage for toiletries. the shower over the bath lacked level access and caused flooding, rotting the door frame. i also found the pillows to be uncomfortable bolster varieties. no complimentary water was offered.

the building has unique characteristics. its location is near the attractive area. the breakfast was fantastic. the room was nice and spacious.
the welcome from reception lacked warmth. the parking was alarming. the town is not special and shopping isn't that good either.
