a balanced experience
comfortable room attentive staff generous range paper straws mocktail presentation slight revamp
the room was very comfortable. it was a tropical room. the staff were attentive to our needs. the variety of food and beverages was generous .
i noticed that there were paper straws. it would be good to switch to glass or metal straws. the mocktails needed improvement in presentation and flavor. the overall design in some areas seems like it needs a revamp.

excellent resort with subtle improvements
diverse food high service quality warm welcome
as a returning guest, i was welcomed back warmly. the resort has many activities and quiet spots for relaxation. i noticed subtle changes, showing continuous improvement. the diverse food selection was high quality. the service was always great and came with a smile.
at breakfast, i asked for a bigger glass from the bar and was told those were only for lunch. this felt a bit restrictive. it could be improved. the availability of glasses should be more flexible.

mixed feelings about this stay
the hotel had a reef perfect for snorkeling, a feature i did appreciate.
The beach service was poor. I had to get most drinks from the bar myself, which i found disappointing, especially considering i booked an all-inclusive package. staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive.

poor air conditioning awful food
the air conditioning barely worked. requesting a different room did nothing. the buffet food tasted awful and lacked variety. overall, the experience fell short. I won't be returning.
