the hotel location is a nice setting.
my room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon. despite a request, no one provided clean towels or other basic amenities. this negatively affected my stay.

the variety of pools was amazing. the beach area was beautiful and well kept. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the tv didn't work properly and kept turning itself off, annoying. the hotel need to solve this technical malfunction.

the buggy service, driven by kailash, was excellent and always available. staff at citronelle restaurant were attentive. the hotel spa was recently renovated with a relaxing ambiance. staff were great.

the check-in process took too long. i waited for an hour and a half. then, after dinner, it took another 45 minutes for my luggage to reach my room. service was not particularly friendly and quite slow. the staff did not seem motivated to assist, and i did not feel particularly valued as a guest

The room had a large king bed. It also included a seating area with comfortable furniture. I found two sinks in the bathroom and a rainfall shower which was very convenient! The hotel grounds feature several pools. I enjoyed the different options for swimming and relaxation. The beach was clean. It had soft sand and clear water. I loved the provided beach chairs and umbrellas.

the hotel room was spacious and clean. food was excellent with varied themed nights in the buffet restaurant. staff service was friendly and it made the holiday special. kailash the buggy guy looked after us and he had connections with all staff. he organised everything for us.
i had a issue with my return flight being cancelled and the hotel assured me they would refund my final night. after follow-ups, it became clear they were trying to keep me happy until i checked out. they refused to give anything in writing. it felt unprofessional.

the staff were very attentive to our needs and always available to assist. they were pretty good too ensure we had everything we needed. the concierge service was fast and helpful.
