a stay with some hiccups
faulty windowforgotten order
the room itself was alright but i did have a couple of issues i couldn't shut or lock the bathroom window it just wouldn't catch properly also the service at the restaurant was not great i waited ages for my breakfast one morning and eventually they admitted they forgot my order so i had to leave without eating a real shame really

The room had underfloor heating and a selection of pillows. The sheets were lovely, and the staff happily provided extra tea and coffee upon request. I enjoyed the pub food as well. The location near Beamish Museum was convenient.
The WiFi on the TV did not work, so I could not watch any TV. There was also no heating in the room, so it was cold. Noise outside was constant.

the room was very spacious. the bathroom featured a big circular bath and a walk in shower. breakfast included a variety of options and tasty cinnamon buns. i especially liked that the staff was helpful upon arrival.
there was not enough room for hanging many clothes, but there were plenty of drawers.
