junior suite excellent breakfast easy access
My room was a Junior Suite. The breakfast was excellent (especially the pancakes!). The hotel's location allowed for easy walks along the Quayside.
The room was on the ground floor, so I could hear noise from the reception and the nearby road.

underwhelming stay , some issues with cleanliness
the location and layout of the hotel was acceptable.
i was greeted by a strong smell in my room , i suspect it came from the open plan shower. the extraction fan did not work properly.

amazing stay near the quayside!

I was so excited my beautiful room had a massive amount of space. It was really easy to move around. i found plenty of storage. amenities like a mini fridge, champagne glasses, and a monsoon shower were available. the freestanding bath was a super nice touch, i loved it.

the hotel has a really good bar area, serving quality drinks with fantastic service. you can also get a drink each day if you choose to not have your room cleaned every day. that is such a cool feature!

this place is conveniently near the city and so close to the quayside. i also walked to the fascinating area of the ouseburn with no problem. great location for exploring the area, i loved it.

the rooms were well equipped with everything i needed for a comfortable stay. my bathroom was uniquely large. it added a touch of luxury and convenience to the experience. i slept like a baby!
