The room had good equipment. I found the staff quite helpful and courteous. I was very close to hampton court palace. Check-in was easy because the staff welcomed me.
The shower in my room was difficult to use. It was very stiff.

the staffs welcome sets such a tender mood. marty was friendly, a real dear. the room was comfy, all amenities were well presented. the bar's atmosphere felt chilled, a relaxing experience i needed.
arrival became a bit difficult because a band was playing, a lot of people where everywhere. accessing the car park proved impossible, so i had to park further. the noise level was a disruption, continued until late, i wish this be solved.

The room was very clean, and the bed was indeed comfy. The shower worked nicely, and I appreciated the coffee machine. I found the staff to be very good and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with many options.
The car park was quite small. Street parking was a risk.
