charmed by this location!
clean roomgood servicegreat shower
the room was very clean. the service was good. the heating worked well (i was very happy about that) and the hot water in the shower was great. the hotel is close to shops and restaurants.
The walls seem quite thin. I could hear some noise from the adjacent room at times.

the hotel provides a 24-hour water boiler in the room and complimentary beverages (tea). daily cleaning services are offered. they replaced the towels and made the beds. the elevator is functional.

the location was great and close enough to use as a base. the staff were very friendly. the room was spacious considering the price.
I could not control the ac from the room. i had to call reception and they had to change it. our bedsheets were stained. I don't think they were dirty but maybe old. the tissues in the bathroom ran out the same day.

the location was acceptable because of its proximity to the eiffel tower.
the room was small and the walls seemed thin (i could hear everything). the lack of soundproofing was a problem as i could hear neighbors at all hours.

lackluster stay, some issues noticed
close metrostained bedsheetsrude receptionist
the location was acceptable because it was close to the metro.
The room was not what i expected (i felt frustrated). the bedsheets had stains. the receptionist acted rudely when i asked about the air conditioning. He dismissed my concerns, not good.

the location was very convenient with easy access to the eiffel tower i appreciated the modern facilities including the safe in my room the 24 hour reception provided added security the wifi access was also reliable and fast.
the air conditioning was not very strong , made the room a bit warm
