useful locationhard mattressstained carpet
the location near gare st lazare was useful for my travel plans.
i found the mattress quite hard and uncomfortable (it affected my sleep). there were also many stains on the carpet, made the hotel seem dated and not well cared for. it just didn't feel like the four-star experience i expected.

the location was really convenient for getting around. the room was clean and the beds were comfy. the staff were always available to assist with getting a taxi and recommendations for places to go. rooms were quiet and i found that aspect very comforting.

i found the room very clean upon arrival and cleaning service came daily. the hotel's proximity to several metro stations (it was close!) made exploring the city very convenient. i loved that the staff was always smiling and ready to help with directions or recommendations (they knew the city well!). the breakfast was great (especially the croissants!).
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could occasionally hear conversations from the adjacent room.
