solid hotel experience
great varietystaff friendliness
The breakfast had great variety. I found many options. staff friendliness was apparent, especially one named amal. She was particularly helpful.
I found it hard to locate the hotel from the station. Signage could be better. some facilities were unavailable, disappointing for this class of hotel.

unresponsive thermostatinsufficient towel hooks
the room temperature was difficult to regulate. the thermostat didn't seem to make much difference, and the room was either too warm or too cold. this made sleeping a bit uncomfortable (i even tried opening a window, but the noise from outside was quite loud). also, the bathroom lacked sufficient towel hooks. there was only one hook for two people, a minor inconvenience.
