the staff were very good, they were very helpful. the breakfast was also very nice.
the toilet seat in the bathroom didn't fit properly. i found that the flush sometimes required multiple attempts to empty the bowl. also, the bathroom looked rather worn, with some black grout in the shower.

The staff was friendly. breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked. the location was excellent. It was right in the middle of the town centre. some nice little touches for children was in the breakfast roomwith a toy basket and a cabinet with books to borrow.

I found the staff helpful, especially the breakfast lady. She was very pleasant. the location was excellent, positioning me right in the town centre. motorbike parking was sorted out for us, something i greatly appreciated.
the room proved quite noisy because of live music continuing until 1 a.m. downstairs in the bar. i could not sleep very well
