mixed feelings about my stay
outdated roomslimited water
The hotel felt quite outdated. the rooms need refurbishment. also, the all-inclusive program wasn't great. You only get one bottle of water per day. i had to buy more and that was annoying. The staff wasn't always helpful.

The hotel staff welcomed me in a very friendly way. My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I also found the gym to have three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
My room was not cleaned properly. Cleaners only came in when they wanted and made the bed. The floors were not cleaned. I also noticed bins not being emptied. The air con in my room was bad. It was hardly working and dusty.

the food was quite diverse, including fish, meat, and vegetarian options. there were theme nights three times a week, with asian, italian, and european cuisines. the rooms were consistently cleaned, and the staff members were generally friendly.
The all-inclusive program included only a few local drinks. International drinks cost extra. the rooms felt outdated. The shower had a leak that was reported multiple times, but no action was taken. i found an empty fridge with just one bottle of water, not replaced.
