fantastic stay!
first class service delicious food beautiful location
we arrived and enjoyed first class service from all staff. the location is beautiful and the views are fabulous, the food was delicious. i found it easy to access the public beach and there was plenty evening entertainment.
the resort had some steep roads. walking was sometimes a challenge.

our room include a large balcony. it also featured mountain views. the room itself was spacious, it had a dining room. i found two separate showers in it.

the food variety was excellent. everything i tried tasted delicious. the hotel provides different meals to suit every taste. i appreciated the staff at the italian restaurant. they were very friendly.

the hotel grounds are fine. beautifully maintained gardens create a relaxing atmosphere. i was very pleased. lots of buggy's were available to transport guests. this made it easier to get around the resort.

kostas at reception was cute and professional. the hotel grounds are beautiful and well kept. the italian restaurant staff was great. the hotel had high cleanliness standards (i really appreciated this).

poor food quality uncovered food
I must express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of my stay. The beach buffet was plagued by flies. Measures should be in place to cover the food adequately. I was offered water without a glass. The breakfast food quality was subpar, and I felt rushed by the waiters who repeatedly asked if I was finished.
