the staff was friendly. they addressed every need. the beds and pillows were comfortable. the showers included great towels and soaps. i appreciated that the air conditioning worked well. the hotel provided a breakfast credit for the french bakery on the ground floor. it made mornings very convenient.
the wifi was not great. i used my smartphone hotspot often.

The check-in staff was quite friendly. The gym included a Peloton bike. I found the location convenient. It was near a subway station and both Riverside Park and Central Park.
The room felt small. There were no shelves or drawers for storing belongings. I found noise from neighboring rooms disruptive.
