Superb Location and Friendly Staff!

I appreciated the central location near Grand Central Terminal. The staff was genuinely friendly and always ready to help. My room was clean. it had fresh linens! I also found free coffee available each morning in the restaurant. That was a nice touch.
I experienced multiple stops on different floors and they often were full. It became a bit difficult to catch one during the morning rush.

My Queen Pod had shampoo and soap available, along with enough shower towels and washcloths, which I appreciated. The room was not narrow for one person, I found it quite a suitable area. I consider the cleanliness perfect!!!

i really loved the central location, so easy for exploring. the staff was always ready to help with a genuine smile, so adorable. my room included metal shutters, a blessing to sleep in complete darkness.
the small size of the room felt a bit constricting at times.

the room was tiny i mean seriously small with barely enough space to swing a cat the heating system sounded like a jet engine taking off it kept me up most nights plus the lack of daylight was a bit depressing was like i was stuck in a windowless box all stay long. the limited space, jet engine heating
