The front desk seemed understaffed at check-in. The line was long and the agent was flustered. I requested extra towels, but they never arrived. The gym was smaller than I expected. It had only one treadmill and a set of dumbbells. the vending machine was out of order. That was disappointing.

Aya, the front desk agent, was accommodating and honored a request for complimentary water bottles, also offering Swiss miss hot chocolate. The day shift agent was equally friendly and helpful.
