the room was very clean and big. it seemed like i was sleeping in luxury. the staff was attentive and always helpful. the location is unbeatable!!!

the bar wasn't very nice. the cocktails were disappointing. i had to ask for slippers. i also asked for a coffee machine, and they said they were out until i signed up for their loyalty program. thankfully, they found one!!!

the location was good, providing easy access to many destinations.

i found the noise level unacceptable, both from the city traffic outside and from poor soundproofing within the hotel rooms. i upgraded for more money per night only to be placed in a room facing the elevators, the whole ordeal to get a coffee maker took hours too. the service felt minimal.

Excellent Midtown Stay

The staff was really friendly, attending to every request quickly. I especially liked the location, close to many Midtown attractions and shopping areas. Room service from the restaurant proved convenient after a long day of sightseeing (the truffle fries were great!). The bar had an intimate setting, and I made new friends there.

The outdated heating and ac system made it hard to control the temperature in the room. It was either too hot or too cold, depending on the time of year. Street noise also made it through the windows at night, and they definitely need new towels because the towels were thin and worn out.

the elevators seemed slow. i noticed that some were out of service on sunday morning. a coffee maker was not available in the room. i think a coffee maker is essential.
