the hotel featured a sauna, it was a nice addition after hiking. breakfast included gluten-free options, this was helpful. i found the location central, close to restaurants and shops.
the room decor seemed dated. the hotel lacked a fridge in the room. i had to pay extra for parking.

The hotel offered a lovely swimming pool. It was not very large, but a big bonus. the breakfast included many choices and everything we expected (especially the cheese). the location was excellent for exploring the surrounding area. It was near the train station and a short walk to the cable car.
i found the dining chairs to be uncomfortable.
