private beach free kayaks festive event
I appreciated the private beach. It was clean and perfect for relaxation. free kayaks were available . the new year's eve event was festive, with a professional dj and good food.
the wifi was a bit slow at times.

our ocean view room was spacious. it had wonderful views. the room featured comfortable beds and adequate space for luggage, a big bonus.

the swimming pool seamlessly blends with the ocean. i noticed a pickleball court was available. the serene koi fish pond and sprawling garden provided peaceful spots for relaxation.

the staff was helpful when our tour car was delayed. they promptly helped us arrange a new one. every staff member we interacted with was helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety. The staff was friendly and helpful with requests I had.
My room had some issues with cleanliness. The bathroom sink seemed partly blocked with the tap emitting a rotten egg smell when opened.

fresh fruit stationary bikes shaded section
the breakfast buffet was expansive. i ate a lot of fresh fruit and pastries. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes, i found it useful. the pool area had twenty loungers and a shaded section.
my room's air conditioning made a slight humming noise at night.

hot water problem airport pickup delay
the lack of hot water on the first day was unacceptable. the shower water mixture was difficult to adjust, it fluctuated between too hot and too cold and maintaining a constant temperature was a struggle. there was also a significant delay in airport pickup despite confirmations, we needed to arrange alternate transport at our own expense with minimal apology from the staff.
