i found the room spacious it had excellent bathroom facilities the room was clean. room service including the bellman was excellent breakfast was grand and delicious. i noticed excellent service always with a smile.
i found the wifi horrible the safe didn't work. i observed the room smelled bad and there were numerous stains on the carpet. the television audio was not in sync with the person speaking in the upgraded room.

The location was alright. It was near a shopping center.
the staff really seemed clueless about transport to bohol, and shockingly, about vegan food too, this being a supposedly big city, though! upon arrival, i had to call them to vacuum the carpet, and there was even an insect in the refrigerator cupboard, how charming

the location was excellent and access to ayala mall was a short walk away.
the hotel was very dated, though it did the job, staff did not know much about the commute to bohol, they had zero knowledge on what vegan food is even though it's a big city.
