I noticed the website suggests a bar and restaurant, however, the bar is open during the week only. The restaurant is for breakfast only.

the hotel sits across from a tram stop and a short walk from the underground. friendly staff offered great assistance. breakfast included many choices. a large supermarket across the street allowed for easy access to supplies. the hotel offered convenient city exploration options. staff friendliness was notable, improving the overall experience. breakfast variety added a positive start to each day.

I appreciated the hotel's architecture and its many amenities. The bathroom lighting was especially good for applying makeup. The pillows felt very comfortable. The location proved excellent with convenient access to transportation and nearby facilities.
The air conditioning could not be individually adjusted in the room. It was preset by the hotel and not adjustable..

the breakfast was good and had a wide selection.
Housekeeping was quite poor. I returned at 5 pm one day to find they were just starting to clean, and even then, they only vacuumed the floor. i had to specifically ask for cups and glasses to be washed. essential items such as shampoo were not restocked, and there were no slippers in the room, very frustrating.

the location was fine. the tram station was close, and i found some restaurants nearby. the breakfast was good, and i liked the orange juice maker. the reception staff were helpful to me.
the fridge in my room wasn't working. i called the front desk, but they didn't offer a solution. the room was also warm, and the air conditioning wasn't available. the windows didn't open well, uncomfortable.
