the room was spacious i stayed in from november 28 through december 1 of 2024 it came with a drink voucher i could redeem at the bar. i ordered cocktails from the menu the waiter handed me. when i tried to use the voucher, the waiter refused it because i did not order from the "welcome guest" menu. the front desk also refused reimbursement the next morning. this situation could have been prevented with better communication at check-in or clearer signage at the bar.

The king bed was large and sumptuous. I liked the breakfast spread. It had many options. The location was great. I could walk to the restaurant district quickly.

The air conditioning rumbled quite loud and the only option to fix it was to turn it off completely.

The location was excellent. Close to major attractions, it still felt secluded and quiet. the room had a good aesthetic. the staff was very helpful and friendly. They were very nice.

the hotel benefits from a fantastic location, ideal for exploring. the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay (i especially liked jamiel at reception!). i really enjoyed the extensive breakfast, it set me up perfectly each day.

i found the amenities in the room could be improved. the storage space was limited to just one small closet. i had to use the floor for my belongings due to the absence of nightstands or sufficient table space.
