The free coffee was amazing!!! it was available until 1pm, super convenient. the location is perfect for cruisers. It's a short walk to the pier!!! the staff stored luggage after checkout, so i could explore more.
the room had a very slight odor, but it was manageable.

The staff provided friendly service.
The room felt quite small. I was disappointed the air conditioner did not function correctly. It was loud. The immediate area around the hotel had numerous people loitering.

The location offers easy access to the waterfront, the attractions at the center, and Pike Place Market. I used the complimentary bikes daily. A signed waiver was necessary. The staff provided coffee and chilled water, a nice touch since breakfast is unavailable. I also spent some time on the rooftop terrace, well-furnished with benches and tables.
My room lacked tableware, made the kitchenette less useful, and the bed seemed narrow for two adults.

The room was quiet and situated on the fifth floor, though it lacked a view and was not particularly spacious. The bed proved comfortable. It allowed for restful sleep after a long day of activities. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness well.

Staff members were invariably friendly and helpful. They attended to requests promptly. Morning coffee came from local Victrola roasters. Afternoon spa water provided refreshment. I secured loan of tableware and cutlery. It helped me enjoy some meals in the room.

the location is convenient near many attractions i arranged a shuttle to the pier through reception it cost ten dollars each complimentary coffee was available in the lobby each morning the room had a fridge a microwave and a coffee maker
the room was quite small my window faced the courtyard at ground level so i kept the blind closed to maintain privacy courtyard noise was noticeable the sheets felt rough
