really good stay with great amenities

i bought a package deal and was impressed by this hotel. i controlled everything in the room from an ipad. mood lighting and a simple shower with push buttons were nice features (i really liked the lighting options). the wifi worked very well throughout the hotel.
the hotel did not have an action plan for when the internet went down. staff had to use their personal data plans to register guests. they couldn't issue keycards and escorted me to my room using a master card.

the hotel is across the street from the ferry terminal to bainbridge island. pioneer square station is a five-minute walk. the location is convenient for accessing various attractions.

the full service breakfast includes an all-you-can-eat option. the cost is approximately $19.84 per person. the food was very good and readily available.

there is a large area on the first floor with games and books available. a full service bar operates 24 hours a day. art is displayed throughout the hotel.

The staff was very helpful at all times. The place is really clean with modern amenities. I really appreciated the 24/7 water station with still and sparkling options.
The TV turned itself on every six minutes. I tried shutting it off with the app and the remote. Multiple towels placed over the TV were needed in order to mitigate it.
