perfect coffeerich selectioneasy access
the breakfast had perfect coffee and a rich selection of food. getting to the supermarket and metro was easy. it takes fifteen minutes to reach milan center by metro. the lobby is wide and beautiful.
the room seemed to have no heating, even with the setting at 35 degrees. i woke up cold and had to dress and put towels on the bed to keep warm. there was no extra blanket.

The shuttle bus driver was helpful. He helped my partner get in and out of the bus.
The room seemed to have no heating, I put the setting up to 35°. I woke up very cold and there was no extra blanket in the room, just a thin blanket on the bed. Staff told me that the weather is bad in Milan! That wasn't exactly the answer I wanted.
