the leisure facilities were REALLY good, i guess. the location near belton park i found acceptable.
the dinner service was SO slow. the food arrived before the drinks, can you believe that? the food itself? MEDIOCRE. and the breakfast was no better. some items had run out an hour before the end of service. ridiculous.

i had dinner and the food was overpriced. the ingredients seemed poor quality, and my ice cream dessert tasted cheap. the breakfast buffet design caused a chaotic experience, and the overall food quality seemed low.

i recently spent a night at this hotel and i must say it exceeded my expectations. the staff was helpful and friendly making check-in and check-out seamless. i especially enjoyed the breakfast the variety of options available was excellent and the food tasted delicious. the golf courses were well maintained and provided a scenic backdrop.
i did notice that the lighting in the room was not ideal it could have been brighter for reading and other activities.

the room was spacious and well-kept with ample space for luggage and relaxation. i appreciated the gorgeous view overlooking the golf course it added to the overall experience. the room provided sufficient comfort and amenities for a restful stay

the hotel offers a quiet and peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. i found the location to be excellent providing a serene escape. the surrounding areas offer scenic views and a calm atmosphere.

the staff in the claret jug were amazing always ready to assist with a smile. vicky and georgia provided excellent service ensuring all needs were promptly met. their friendliness and helpfulness added positively to my stay.

the hotel's gym is well-equipped with a variety of machines for a complete workout. the swimming pool is spacious and clean providing a refreshing experience. the spa treatments were great offering excellent value.
