the hotel spa was great. i loved the pool and sauna. the evening meal tasted delicious. breakfast was also very good. the bed was very comfortable.

The room was clean. This was a basic expectation that the hotel successfully met.
Service at the bar was awfully slow. It took over 20 minutes to get served, and there weren't even that many people waiting! I just gave up and left.

I hosted a reunion with 45 guests. Everyone seemed satisfied with their bedrooms. I worked with the manager Amanda, and she was very helpful. I found her professional, key to a great experience.
I stayed from June 28th, 2024, to June 30th, 2024. The cleanliness of the communal areas was unacceptable. I did not see a cleaner in any of the communal areas .. The unprofessionalism of the staff was another major concern.
