the food had good options and i liked that there were many staff to clear plates. the hotel offers a minibus service to the beach. also, a supermarket is close by, which i found helpful.
the balcony to our room was impossible to use. there was air conditioning blowing hot air directly onto it. the noise from the pool was excessive too.

the mini club kept my kids entertained for hours (they especially loved beny!). stefi, one of the animators, was a real hit with everyone. the heated swimming pool was perfect even when the weather was a bit cooler. i particularly enjoyed the evening flamenco show and the bingo nights.
the air conditioning was only in the room itself (it felt a bit stuffy elsewhere).

the hotel is close to the sea and accessible by foot (even with small children). nearby are shops, atms, and a variety of cafes and bars. this makes it very convenient for quick trips out.
