Great Krakow Hotel!
good variety friendly staff comfortable bed
The breakfast had a good variety. I found the staff approachable and friendly. The room featured a comfortable bed. It was EASY to relax.
I noticed the hotel lacked air conditioning, a little unfortunate.

fantastic stay!
great location many restaurants efficient staff better stay
The location was seriously great! it made it easy to explore many restaurants and bars. the hotel also gave easy access to the castle. the staff was so kind and efficient.
The furnishings felt a bit dated, especially in the lobby. Though the cleanliness everywhere made up for it!

The hotel includes a breakfast area located on level minus one. It's convenient! there is also a working elevator. It provides access to all floors and minimizes stair climbing for those with mobility concerns.

The reception was very helpful. They even offered a wake-up call service each morning. they provided assistance with directions and tour bookings! the staff changed the bedding everyday too.

great location tasty options helpful staff carpet stains loud street poor ventilation
The hotel's location was super convenient. It made exploring so easy! the breakfast selection had a lot of tasty options. I ate well every morning. the staff were always smiling and ready to help.
My room's carpet had a few noticeable stains. I wish it had been cleaner. the noise from the street at night was quite loud. I struggled to sleep soundly! the bathroom ventilation wasn't great. It felt a bit stuffy after showers.
