shallow poolabrupt staff
I thought the location was great. however, the pool was shallow. It was only 0.8m deep. also, the balcony glass was dusty (i cleaned it myself). the staff seemed abrupt (i haven't experienced that in years).

the location was acceptable, right at the marina.
I was disappointed with the room. It lacked basic amenities such as coffee or tea facilities. there was no iron or ironing board available, and the wardrobe space was limited. the room felt very basic considering the price i paid.. it really did.

the location was excellent, only minutes from the marina, and i also found a fantastic italian restaurant right beside the hotel. the rooms were bright and spotlessly clean (i appreciated the attention to detail). reception staff were helpful and always available, especially rueben who was very polite.

The hotel is very central and close to the marina, it offers convenient access to bars and restaurants. there is a great italian restaurant next to the hotel, and the beach is also nearby.

Staff members are friendly and accommodating, with maria at the pool bar being particularly noteworthy, offering attentive service. The reception staff, especially rueben, are consistently helpful and polite with all guests.

There are two clean pools, and finding sunbeds in the morning is not a problem, so no need to rush. I noticed some changes were made over the winter, specifically a live cooking station in the breakfast restaurant.

The rooms are bright and spotlessly clean, they have comfortable beds. the shower facilities were excellent. My room had a side sea view, which i appreciated (the views were indeed very nice).
