beach towels excellent communication value money
the breakfast buffet included many options i liked the beach was directly in front of the hotel fresh beach towels were available daily i used the pool facilities after checkout. the staff showed excellent communication skills value for money was good the location was on the seafront.
the bed and pillows were hard

clean rooms seafront location unfriendly staff slow service
The hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious. I also appreciated the location, right on the seafront. A beautiful promenade was accessible right outside the hotel.
I found the breakfast staff and daytime cafe staff unfriendly , and not very helpful. Service during the day was slow. I also noticed the lifts were slow.

admirable stay near beach
seafront position breakfast variety excellent service
the hotel position is on the seafront. breakfast had variety. staff offered excelent service. rooms received daily cleaning with new towels.
i had a very small room. it was not 20 sqm. we stored a suitcase on the balcony.

the hotel features a rooftop pool. it has limited beds for a high number of guests. only one pool exists. there is a crane blocked road due to building work.

my room had a balcony. the view was fine. the bed was comfortable. daily room cleaning occurred. the towels were new and fresh each day.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the customer service was excellent. breakfast service happened each morning. it had enough variety to suit all appetites. some reception staff are very good.
