The staff was friendly. Porridge and coffee were in the room. I enjoyed the restaurant twice. Smaller routes around the area are great for cyclists.
I found lots of cobwebs and felt the room needed a more thorough cleaning

The location is very nice. It is super close to kilchurn castle. the staff was so cute to my dog, they even had a dog menu! the supper was amazing with a whiskey tasting. It was perfect for the chilly highlands weather.
I noticed a lot of cobwebs in the room. A deeper cleaning would have helped a lot.

The hotel overlooks loch awe. The views are just fine. kilchurn castle is a short distance away. It is very picturesque. getting around to local attractions was super easy.

The hotel is very dog friendly. My dog was very welcome. the bar is cozy, it had a great ambiance. the staff work very hard. They are very attentive.

the food was indeed great and the service was quick.. the staff worked really hard to make sure everything was timely and friendly. the room was comfortable and so was the bed. i'm glad i decided to stay here this time.
the apartment really needs a deep cleaning, i saw lots of visible dirt and dust everywhere. there were also scuffs everywhere. it felt way too small for family use.

the room was spacious and clean, equipped with a smart tv and a kitchenette. i found plenty of storage available. the bed was huge and very comfortable. the bathroom was modern and included a large walk-in shower.

The inn is accessible by train, which i appreciated. a pub and a shop are within 100 meters. This meant i could arrive by train and complete my whole trip without needing a car. the restaurant offers excellent food and drink.

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. they were also very polite and attentive. i observed them working very hard to ensure all guests had a good experience. i think they are doing a great job.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. the food in the restaurant was fantastic and reasonably priced! we loved hanging out at the bar. The lounge area was cozy. there was plenty of parking available at the hotel.
The room could have used a slightly more thorough clean. There were a few cobwebs. that's the only very small issue.

noticeable cobwebsdistant staff
the room lacked proper maintenance. cobwebs were quite noticeable. a more thorough cleaning would have made a difference i also found the staff a bit distant, especially one of the servers. we didn't feel particularly welcome
