I appreciated the breakfast, it was first class. Fresh fruit and sherry in my room was a bonus, I thank them for that.

Check in had a long queue. There were few staff to help me. My room had not been cleaned very well. I found many hair on the floor.

tiny bathroomcarpet stains

i was not impressed with my room. the bathroom was tiny, there was hardly any space for my toiletries. the shower temperature was hard to regulate, it kept switching between scalding hot and freezing cold. i also noticed some stains on the carpet, its just not something i expect.

the bed were comfy enough.

i booked a double lower ground. the room size felt smaller than i anticipated. also, the noise from outside the window was louder than i hoped, it really made getting to sleep difficult. it meant i got less sleep than i would have liked, it was really disrupting.
