The location was great. It was a short walk to many attractions. The staff were helpful, they helped me with my bags. My room was clean I had a restful night.
There was no tea or coffee in my room. The breakfast menu was limited, and it was hard to find something I liked. I noticed some wear on the carpets in the reception area, that was unfortunate.

the staff was exceedingly friendly. the hotel provided a beautiful double room upgrade upon arrival as an anniversary gift, and i found it. the location is peaceful yet conveniently close to amenities.
i noted a lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room itself which was an inconvenience. climbing stairs to get hot drinks required getting dressed and going to a different floor. this addition could greatly enhance convenience.

Adequate Boutique Hotel

thoughtful designwarm bar areainconvenient absencebreakfast scheduling
I appreciated the thoughtfully designed details. I even took photos of the décor. The sitting room provided a perfect place for coffee, while the bar area felt warm. the location offered peace, a short walk from the main areas.
I found the hotel lacked some atmosphere and warmth. The absence of tea or coffee facilities IN the room felt inconvenient. Breakfast scheduling felt a bit restrictive, as i prefer a more relaxed morning.

Charming Stay

The location was superb for attending concerts at The Assembly Rooms. It was a five-minute walk. My room was large. It had lovely furnishings. I found the valet parking to be quite useful. It saved me from having to search for a parking space.
My bath had a shower over it, and the wastewater did not drain properly, a bother.
