fantastic location mountain view excellent service
I loved the hotel's fantastic location near the train station.. it made getting around super easy. our room had a beautiful view of the mountains right from the balcony. the staff provided excellent service. They were always ready to help and very attentive.
the bathroom felt a bit small.

the location was very convenient. it was central to everything, i liked that. we had a balcony. it looked out over the swiss mountains, that was very nice. the breakfast area was small, but the waiter's services were great.
the room was not very spacious. the shower space was especially small. i could hear footsteps from the upper floor in the morning while i slept. it was annoying!

the hotel is near the train station, it is about a one-minute walk. the staff provided useful advice about local attractions. breakfast was included and the selection of european options was nice. the staff mailed forgotten items to the next hotel in switzerland

some minor issues at this hotel
small shower space early morning footsteps
the room i booked felt quite cramped. the shower space was especially tight. plus, i could hear every footstep from the floor above me early in the morning. it was not the best way to start the day.

okay stay near the station
excellent location nearby shops flat pillows small toilet
the location was excellent it was close to both the train station and the bus stop. major activities were nearby restaurants and shops were also close.
the pillows were totally flat the bathroom was small with little warm water pressure. this was a disappointment since the room was the big suite of the hotel. the toilet was a bit small also it can be cleaner the facility is a bit old.
