the location was acceptable with regular bus services nearby.
the breakfast was quite disappointing with limited options. the bed was not comfortable at all and the pillows felt old and worn. i was not happy with the provided pillows.

the room had large windows and a huge balcony door (i loved it). the decor included modern wooden shutters. it was a double room balcony lake view and the view of the lake and mountains from the room was fine. i found slippers in the room, a nice touch.
i found the location requires a bus ride to reach either interlaken center or brienz center, a bit inconvenient.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. It featured a fine selection of breads, cereals, dairy products and meats. the coffee was great and readily available, i did appreciate it. i found the dining area to be clean and well-kept.

the public areas are stylish and well kept (the decor is fantastic). the hotel provides regular bus and train service to the area. the hotel is very close to the ferry, and gave us access to other areas around the lake.

the staff were friendly, helpful, and proud of their hotel. they were very cute. staff took time to answer questions and suggest places to go, they are really friendly.
