our room was spacious, equipped with complimentary amenities. breakfast had lots of variety and the food was fresh. staff were friendly, especially kharl at reception. i especially appreciated the quick and smooth check-in process.
the room was a bit too dull even with the curtains open (i couldn't see a thing).

the breakfast offered many selections, with fresh options available. the restaurant staff worked hard (especially during peak hours). i found the variety excellent for a hotel breakfast.

the hotel's location is convenient. it is near the metro and a shopping center. the breakfast offered a lot of options. mr barnabas at reception provided really good service.
i encountered some issues upon arrival. the receptionist seemed overwhelmed and not very cute. the room assigned was not the one i expected. also, the swimming pool was closed due to maintenance.

I found the staff especially helpful. They swiftly addressed all my requests. My room was quiet. It included complimentary water that was refilled daily. The location near the shopping centers, restaurants, and metro was quite useful.
The air conditioning faced the bed. I felt very cold during the night even after adjusting the temperature.
