fantastic stay!

helpful staffearly roomthoughtful touch

i found the staff helpful. mina, in particular, was beyond really good at check-in. he provided a room earlier than the scheduled time and upgraded our reservation. i was also invited to the breakfast buffet and later found a plate of sweets in my room, a thoughtful touch!!!

the air conditioning in my room was quite loud, and the smell was not particularly pleasant. it disrupted the otherwise quiet setting.

Our classic room had a king-sized bed and a city view. the room included a mini-fridge and a coffee maker. the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. It was very convenient.

Location met my expectations, because it was close to many facilities.

The gym air conditioning was broken all two days I was there. Staff was not helpful and acted like I did not exist after I informed them. This place looks like malice disguised as accommodations. My room was like solitary confinement.

The gym has plenty of equipment. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. flavours restaurant had an amazing choice of food. Many different nationalities were catered for!!! the chef at the omelette station made wonderful omelettes.

the pool mosaics are missing in some places.
