the location is central, near many transport options and places for eats. the staff was friendly to us. my room was clean and cozy for the nights i stayed. it was good value.
the room service options are a little bit limited. it could be better

the hotel enjoys a prime spot with easy access to public transport. a metro station is nearby the hotel. there is a bus stop just around the corner making it very easy for us to get around the city.

the beds were very comfortable. the room had a nice street view. the area felt calm , yet central to many attractions. the staff was consistently pleasant and friendly.
housekeeping removed all handtowels. i had to request a replacement from reception , which was inconvenient. also, the used tea cup was not removed during room service.

The rooms were spacious and featured really comfortable amenities. Staff members provided help promptly , and I appreciated the option to add breakfast for a very fair price. The location proved fantastic, just a short walk to the metro station , getting us to the city center in about ten minutes.
The bathroom door bumped into the bed when opened , indicating the room's compact size.

The hotel had a very convenient location near many attractions. The metro was only about 400m away! alexanderplatz was easily accessible since it provided connections to various locations. It was approximately 1.3km away with a short metro ride of about 5 minutes. the room was a good size and very clean.
the hotel lacked a phone in the room!

I found the staff to be polite and helpful . The location is quite convenient with easy access to the U bahn. Breakfast was plentiful. I appreciated the variety.
My room lacked a refrigerator. Bringing leftovers back was not an option.
