a good urban retreat

the reception area had a contemporary design, i found it clean and cute. bedrooms were a good size and the bathroom had plenty of space (loved the very large shower!). the mini bar had healthy drinks, it was restocked daily when used, such a treat after a long day.

i wished there had been a kettle in the room.

the room included complimentary soft drinks in the fridge, replenished each day, a nice touch. the room was modern and warm and offered good water pressure in the shower. i found the mattresses very comfortable.

breakfast had plenty of choices, even for vegetarians. i enjoyed the breakfast room, it was modern and nice. the hotel offers a bar and restaurant area, i saw the food was basic, but the menu likely changes regularly.

Wonderful Getaway!

Our room was immaculate! We enjoyed a family room, complete with both a cozy double bed and practical bunk beds for the children. The bathroom offered both a shower and a luxurious bath.

I found the gym facilities to be somewhat limited .

The room had great water pressure in the shower, wonderful. Soft drinks in the fridge were restocked each day. This was a lovely touch and very useful after long walks. The room was clean and warm.

The hotel offered a very nice break-out area. It had a pool table and table football, which we utilized frequently. There was also a very comfortable TV area and a convivial bar area.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! There were a lot of choices and delicious food to eat. I found the pastries to be very tasty, and there were a lot of selections.

the staff were amazing, and very polite. the breakfast was delicious. we also had lunch at the restaurant and the food was very good. a nice idea with the coupon for the restaurant. metro and tram stops were very close to the hotel, so it was easy to get around the city.

the beds were not clean! when i mentioned this to reception they said they would inform housekeeping. when i arrived back at the hotel after a day out, it was cleaned, but there was a yellow stain on the bed.

i stayed in the innside premium room for a few nights. the minibar had complimentary drinks, a very nice touch. breakfast had a fantastic selection (i especially liked the fresh pastries).

the air conditioning was a bit tricky to adjust and i had to open the window once.
